Shipping

We currently ship to the following regions:

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and Hong Kong.

If your location is not listed above, please contact us at knitwear@nusenses.dk and we will do our best to arrange shipping for you.

All applicable duties and taxes are included in the product price.

Shipping Methods

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.

At this time, express shipping is not available.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

If your building has a designated parcel drop-off location (such as a mailroom or parcel locker), please clearly indicate this in the shipping address to ensure safe and smooth delivery. This is particularly important for buildings requiring access codes, keys, or security clearance.

Customers are responsible for providing clear delivery instructions to ensure successful delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link.

You may track your shipment using the link provided in the email.

If the tracking link shows no movement for more than five business days, please contact our customer service team at knitwear@nusenses.dk for assistance.

Changing Shipping Address

We are unable to modify the shipping address once an order has been placed.

Orders will be shipped only to the address provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your building has a designated parcel drop-off location (such as a mailroom), please ensure it is clearly specified in the shipping address.

Nu Senses is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located.

Customers are responsible for providing delivery instructions if access to the building requires keys, passcodes, or other restrictions. If such information is not provided, the customer assumes responsibility for any resulting delivery issues.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Filing a report with local authorities if theft is suspected

If your tracking shows no activity for more than five business days, please contact info@nu-senses.com and we will assist in investigating the shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Clean and free of stains, hair, or other marks
  • In original condition with all tags and liners attached

Returned garments must be neatly folded and placed in the return packaging to ensure they arrive in resellable condition.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Return Window & Fees

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Customers may choose between:

  • Free return for store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method, subject to a $6 return shipping fee

Return Approval

Nu Senses reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

Returns may be declined if:

  • Items show signs of wear
  • Items are returned after the return window
  • Proof of purchase is not provided

When trying on garments, we recommend wearing undergarments.

Merged return claims from multiple orders are not accepted.

Return labels cannot be generated for APO/FPO addresses.

Order Adjustments

If a return causes the original order to no longer meet the conditions of a promotion or gift, the discount will be adjusted accordingly in the refund.

Any complimentary gifts must also be returned and meet the same return conditions listed above.

Return Processing

Please allow up to one week for our warehouse to inspect returned items.

  • Exchanges will be shipped within 3 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days, though it may take up to one week for the funds to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please use our Return Portal.

You will receive a return shipping label with the appropriate return address based on your location.
